Menorca
is a haven to wildlife. For instance, Son Bou has a large protected
wetland that sees a huge variety of migratory and local birds
- from
Crested Cormorants to Marbled Ducks. Rare species like the
Black Lizard
and Dragonmouth plant thrive. On your travels you may
well see Red Kites and Buzzards wheeling overhead.

a public blessing. Dogs, cats, birds, horses, ferretts -

indigenous population of spur-thighed Tortoises
